We are seeking motivated German-speaking professionals to join remote support projects from Greece. You will assist users of a well-known international service in either customer support or technical support, with full training and a comprehensive relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad. Note: This role is based in Greece and relocation support is provided.
What you will do
- Support German-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
- Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
- Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
- Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
- Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Candidate profile
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture

About Greece

Ideal profile
The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-oriented professional fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote-in-Greece environment. Willing to relocate to Greece and deliver exceptional support.
Compensation and start dates
Different start dates may be available. Salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,500 gross per month, with an additional transportation allowance of €100 for office-based projects.
Payroll and bonuses
Payroll is distributed 14 times per year. Easter, Summer, and Christmas bonuses are provided, and performance bonuses range from €100 to €250 depending on the project. For night shifts (22:00–06:00) there is a 25% night-shift premium, and Sundays carry a 75% premium. Bonuses paid separately are by arrangement and may be paid 12 times per year where applicable.
Relocation support
Relocation assistance includes a booked flight, airport pickup, hotel for about two weeks, and help finding permanent accommodation.
