Join a dynamic, globally oriented team in Barcelona to drive business growth for a leading travel and hospitality platform. You will identify and engage potential hosts and partners, deliver tailored pitches, and guide prospects through onboarding.

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential hosts and partners using outbound calls, emails, and other channels
  • Deliver customized sales pitches and guide prospects through onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Educate clients on platform features, market trends, and best practices
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline to meet KPIs
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
  • Provide insights based on client interactions and market feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and improve processes
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or recruitment
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with outbound sales and handling high-volume interactions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated mindset
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
