Rough Construction Worker

About the Job Posting

We are looking for Rough Construction Workers from Turkey to work on our construction sites in four different cities in Germany.

• Experience in formwork, rebar, and concrete pouring,
• Familiarity with rough construction processes on construction sites,
• Ability to construct structural elements such as foundations, columns, and beams according to project requirements
are preferred experiences.

• Graduation from a vocational high school in construction technology, building, or related fields. For candidates without a diploma, MYK Vocational Qualification Certificate or Master Craftsman Certificate. This job post is only valid for individuals with official professional documents.
• Detailed work experience section in the CV, describing exactly what you did in which projects and companies. CVs without detailed descriptions will be directly rejected.
• A medical report is required to work as a Rough Construction Worker.
• No ban on leaving the country, a clean criminal record, and no military service issues are required.
• Candidates with a Master Craftsman Certificate or MYK certificate in formwork, concrete, and other rough construction operations will be prioritized.
• CVs can be sent in Turkish, but applications with German CVs will be forwarded directly without translation. Turkish CVs will be translated by us.
• Candidates aged 20-40 can apply.

Provided Opportunities:

The opportunities provided are also stated in the contract if you are accepted for the job. In some cases, changes in the contract can be made by mutual agreement with the workers. Our company reserves these rights. Also, if you unilaterally terminate the contract within 2 years, the expenses incurred by the company will be legally collected from you in the amount specified in the contract.

• Invitation visa support and all expenses provided by the company to bring you to Germany as a worker.
• Accommodation: Free accommodation in the company's dormitories with 2 to 3 people or extra 300 euros rent support for those who want to move out.
• Hourly wage between 9-14 euros (net wage after taxes). 50-55 hours of work per week. The hourly wage is determined according to your CV and offered to you.
• 20-24 days of annual leave.
• If you do not have a diploma equivalence (nostrification) from Germany, it will be provided by the company.
• Residence permits are provided by the company, and all expenses are covered.
• No fee is charged at any stage, including document translations, sworn translator fees, and contracts. All fees are covered by the company.
